“Tech engineers construct in Third World countries:” (Daily Toreador) – The region of Solong in northwest Panama is home to a small, indigenous community of Naso tribe descendants. They live without luxuries, such as clean running water, but are now receiving aid from the non-profit organization of the Texas Tech chapter of Engineers Without Borders.
